Real Estate Associate Attorney

Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney with 3-5 years of transactional experience. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and where appropriate, negotiating letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases and subleases, and financing documents; handling deal closings; performing title work and other due diligence; and other aspects of transactional real estate work. Will be working closely with senior shareholders providing active mentoring and client contact and be given the opportunity to secure significant transactional experience right away. Should preferably have strong experience in commercial real estate transactional work with experience representing institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers, lenders, and/or borrowers in connection with acquisition, leasing, and/or development activities; traditional construction, permanent and/or leasehold financing transactions; and/or the disposition of commercial real estate asset classes. General banking and loan transaction experience and experience forming and representing joint ventures and negotiating joint venture agreements would also be a plus. Must be a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials. Should be highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be creative, have high energy, and possess strong substantive writing and organizational skills.
