Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level government contracts associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience handling federal government contracts matters, including bid protests, disputes/claims, negotiating/drafting subcontracts, FAR/DFARS compliance, audits/investigations and government contracts IP issues. The candidate will support the government contracts practice, which includes a broad range of litigation, counseling and transactional work. Preference may be given to those with experience litigating government contracts matters before the Government Accountability Office, US Court of Federal Claims and Boards of Contract Appeals, and/or who have served as a law clerk to a Judge on a government contracts tribunal. Experience practicing government contracts law as a US government lawyer is also desirable. Must be DC Bar member or eligible for prompt admission to the DC Bar.

The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong research and analytical skills.
