Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will work on the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions and draft and negotiate purchase agreements, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, retention agreements, separation agreements, and other agreements in corporate deals. Will advise and counsel, executive compensation matters, employment litigation, and training. This is a partnership-track position.

The candidate must have excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Superlative academic and large law firm experience is preferred.

This law firm has an office in New York that provides legal services and advice on intellectual property matters, with a special focus on patent and other proprietary rights arising within the field of the Life Sciences. Attorneys provide high quality legal representation and creative solutions in bankruptcy and business restructuring, business and securities litigation, capital markets, finance, M&A, and white collar defense. The firm also specializes in health care, private equity, hedge funds, intellectual property, healthcare, and tax law. Clients include New York-based financial and business leaders.
