The law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with a background in life sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on life sciences products liability, complex commercial litigation, and/or regulatory practice. The position requires strong project management skills, superior research and analytical abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate should thrive in a collaborative environment and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

 

Duties:

  • Handle litigation matters related to life sciences products liability, complex commercial litigation, and regulatory practice.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related materials.
  • Manage and coordinate tasks associated with legal proceedings, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, experts, and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 law firm.
  • Experience with life sciences products liability, complex commercial litigation, and/or regulatory practice.
  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
  • Clerkship experience is a plus.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school.

 

Certifications:

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.
