Menlo Park office of our client seeks patent prosecution attorney with preferably 2-4 years of experience. The candidate should be USPTO-registered. Must be experienced in preparing and prosecuting software-related applications. Aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling is a plus. Must possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. California or Washington Bar member are preferred. Education or patent prosecution work experience related to software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, mobile applications, databases, and networking are preferred.

Must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
