Pine Brook office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be handling a diverse docket of litigation matters (state and federal) dealing mostly with Healthcare, Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation. Will be conducting legal research and preparing detailed memorandum. Assisting in the preparation of discovery responses and discovery demands. Assisting in the representation of clients in depositions, before state licensing Boards, and Hospital hearings. Coordinating with clients and experts. Preparing for and conducting/ defending depositions. Making appearances to argue motions, attend conferences, participate in mediation. Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey State and Federal Courts in good standing. Licensing in other states is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations is needed.

The candidate should have Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, with great academic credentials. Should have superior research and writing skills. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
