Oakland office of our client seeks real estate litigation attorney at law with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will represent clients in court, local rent boards, draft arguments and brief, conduct legal research and do discovery. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on real estate and eviction matters. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, motions, and trial. Appear at local rent boards for hearings. Familiarity with various motions and court procedures is essential. Proficiency in a second language would be helpful.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills is needed. Excellent knowledge of computer software is helpful including MS Outlook and Word is essential.
