Mid-to-Senior level Leverage Finance Associate Attorney

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-to-senior level leverage finance associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors and/or agents in a full range of finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dividend and other recapitalizations and restructurings. The candidate should preferably have borrower side experience in the context of middle market lending, including private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other public and private companies. A working knowledge of general corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements, customer agreements and day-to-day operations, is a plus. Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar.
