Daytona Beach office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience. The candidate will work with a seasoned civil trial attorney who has instructed on aviation law, insurance law, and civil trial practice issues. Courtroom experience a must. Background in the medical field is a plus. Must be very computer literate. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.

The candidate should have excellent writing skills. Excellent academic credentials required. Must be extremely detail oriented. Works well independently in a team environment.
