Trademark Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trademark associate attorney preferably with 3 years of experience with trademark clearance, registration, maintenance, monitoring, prosecution (including the preparation of substantive responses to USPTO office actions), enforcement (including preparing and responding to cease and desist letters) and litigation. The candidate should preferably have Global portfolio experience. Experience with intellectual property agreements, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and matters related to the use of trademarks on social media platforms is required. Copyright law experience is also a plus.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
