The candidate will help advise the clients and grow client relationships. Should preferably have experience in litigation concerning commercial contracts in the design, development, and construction industry, as well as in drafting and arguing motions and assisting in complex litigation matters and claims involving the design and construction of commercial and public works of improvement, including all stages of discovery and motion practice. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills, with significant legal research experience, are necessary.
