The successful candidate will have a solid background in litigation, particularly in managing insurance defense cases related to bodily injury, construction defect, and employment law. Duties:

• Manage insurance defense cases involving bodily injury, construction defect, employment law, and other related matters.
• Develop and direct legal strategies based on individual case requirements.
• Collaborate with the firm’s legal team and offer guidance as needed.
• Provide excellent legal representation and client service.
• Handle all stages of litigation, including motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings as required.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense.
• Experience with bodily injury, construction defect, employment law, or similar insurance defense matters.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Additional licensure in other states is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license required.
• Additional State Bar memberships are advantageous.

Skills:

• Proficient in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial work.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively in handling complex legal matters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
