Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have securities arbitration experience. Must have first chair experience in oral argument, depositions, and arbitrations. Experience in handling regulatory inquiries/investigations is required.

The candidate must have the ability to run and oversee one's own caseload. Strong writing and research experience are needed.
