Vienna office of our client seeks mid-level litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of employment litigation experience. The candidate will serve in all phases of a busy employment litigation practice. Types of matters will include restrictive covenant, unfair competition, False Claims Act, Wage and Hour, trade secrets, discrimination and some general commercial litigation matters. Should have significant responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, court appearances, taking and defending depositions and trial work.
The candidate should have excellent organization and writing skills.
