Junior to Mid-level Corporate / Securities Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level corporate/securities associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to capital markets, with an emphasis on public securities transactions. The candidate must have extensive experience in relevant corporate and securities regulations. Experience with bankruptcy matters, including Section 363 transactions, would be a plus.

The candidate must have a strong academic background. A strong working knowledge of documentation used in public and private equity transactions and bank lending transactions is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
