The candidate should have experience investigating claims, preparing and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, interacting with expert witnesses, and all aspects of motion practice. Must have ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, the court, and opposing counsel.

The candidate should have excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Must have the ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently, depending on the size and nature of the matter. Should have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, the court, and opposing counsel. Must have a desire to maintain and develop long-term client relationships, and actively participate in legal-related groups and associations.
