Mid to Senior-level Trusts and Estates Attorney

Worcester office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior-level trusts and estates attorney with 4+ years of experience. The candidate will be meeting with clients and drafting estate planning documents including all types of trusts, as well as overseeing complex estate and trust administration. Will be working independently and managing and overseeing a busy caseload is imperative. Experience with estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns is preferred.

The candidate should have excellent drafting and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials, practical problem-solving ability, and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
