Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mortgage Loan Repurchase Facility and Warehouse Lending Associate in Charlotte. This role involves working with both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate markets.

Duties

  • Engage in repurchase facilities and warehouse lending transactions.
  • Prepare and negotiate term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
  • Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet to closing.

Requirements

  • Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and negotiating transaction documents.
  • Experience in commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse transactions preferred.
  • Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
