The candidate will be handling multiple workstreams involving consumer and business financial services laws and regulations, including credit and mortgage regulation, at both the federal and state levels. The candidate should be analytical thinker with excellent academic credentials, and strong writing abilities. Must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
