Duluth office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial transactions and litigation associate attorney with 1-5 years of general litigation experience. The candidate will manage a caseload of transactional and litigation matters, and assist managing partners and associates on various matters. Will draft letters, and pleadings, and appear in court. Communicate with clients regularly for updates and case resolution. Collaborate with a managing partner on strategy and resolution options. Must be licensed and in good standing with Georgia Bar. Knowledge of Georgia Civil Procedure is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required. Knowledge of commercial and/or residential real estate is a plus. Fluency in a second language is a plus.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree. Must be motivated self-starter, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, flexible and personable. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects is needed. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully is needed. The ability to maintain a positive attitude is needed. Should have a strong work ethic. Must have the ability to interact and communicate well with clients, staff, peers, and management.
