Alameda office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will work on traditional labor and litigation matters, including employee benefits litigation. Will serve in all stages of litigation including drafting briefs, conducting discovery, including document collection and review, motion practice and preparing for trial as well as advocating at NLRB and PERB proceedings and Union representation at arbitration. Have significant case-handling responsibilities and direct client interaction. Admission to the California Bar is required. Judicial Clerkship experience is a plus.

The candidate must be detail-oriented and possess exemplary research, writing, and analytical skills.
