Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a personal injury litigation associate attorney preferably with 1-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will work closely with the talented plaintiff's lawyers providing support before, during, and after trials. Will provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys. Maintain client relationships in LA and the surrounding areas. Prepare legal reports and documents. Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers. Must be an active member of the California Bar in good standing residing in CA (in the L.A. area). Strong interest in Personal Injury Law essential.

The candidate should have a Law degree (Juris Doctor / JD / J.D.) from a fully accredited law school. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Should be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Must have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
