Albuquerque office of our client seeks associate attorney preferably with 5+ years of plaintiff construction defect litigation experience. The candidate will work on case assignments, write briefs, take depositions, coordinate with experts, and evaluate client intake. Must have experience drafting briefs and arguing before courts, written discovery, and preferably trial/arbitration experience. Construction or engineering experience is desired. Must be admitted to NM Bar.

The candidate should have superior academic credentials and strong writing skills. Should be motivated, independent, and aggressive with strong analytical and judgment skills.
