Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks securities litigation and white collar resource attorney with 5+ years of experience in the Securities Litigation practice area and/or the White Collar Defense and Investigations practice area. The candidate will be keeping current on all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups. Will be developing topics for and assisting in the preparation of client alerts, white papers, blog posts and similar publications. Developing practice resources that will enhance the exchange of know-how within the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups and facilitate interaction with clients and prospective clients. Creating, maintaining and updating archives of work product and know-how within the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups. Assisting with coordination of speaking arrangements, webinars and materials. Maintaining and updating forms and templates as appropriate for the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups, and ensuring forms reflect current legal developments, industry-accepted terms and input from attorneys within the practice groups. Working with the Marketing department to formulate and execute on the branding and presence for the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups. Collecting and providing information to the Marketing department to assist that team with responses to RFPs and other opportunities for business development. Working with resources within the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups to foster consistency, know-how and approach with clients and prospective clients. Coordinating with Professional Development to ensure and enhance the skills development of members of the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups and firm wide training. Coordinating with Information Services to assess available technologies and to develop new solutions that can be used to leverage efficiencies within the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups, as well as the delivery of services by the practice groups. Must be a licensed attorney. Should have knowledge of the industries that firm regularly advises, particularly technology and life sciences.

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills. Must be confident and engaging presenter. Should have strong intellectual ability, interpersonal and technical skills. Must be self-starter, team player. Organizational and time management skills; attention to detail essential.
