Duties:

• Independently handle client communications and case management tasks
• Participate in fieldwork, including site visits to ports and vessels
• Work closely with senior attorneys for case supervision and mentorship

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or maritime law
• Strong research and writing abilities, with attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage litigation tasks and prioritize deadlines
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Willingness to travel to remote or unconventional locations as needed

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active admission to the Washington State Bar (mandatory)
