The candidate will be researching and analyzing health law issues, drafting and negotiating various contracts and transactional documents, and advising clients regarding compliance issues. Should also have experience in representing health care providers in transactional and regulatory matters. Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and fraud and abuse experience a plus.

The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Should have excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
