The candidate must have solid experience with acquisition agreements and related securities filings and other documentation utilized in complex M&A and private equity transactions. Should have experience in securities (including SEC reporting and National Securities exchange compliance), capital markets and corporate finance, corporate governance, M&A, and private equity/venture capital financing matters. Must be qualified to practice law in New York and be an active member in good standing with the New York Bar Association. Book of business preferred.
