Mid- to Senior-level Private Fund Formation Associate Attorney

The candidate with experience forming hedge funds and venture capital funds and representing investors with respect to private fund investments will also be considered. Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an institutional asset manager is strongly preferred. Should have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.
