Farmington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience. The candidate will serve in community association law. Will handle a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters. Serve in collections, including draft demand letters, liens and foreclosure documents. Draft opinion letters for community associations. Draft pleadings and motions. Draft written discovery requests. Take depositions, perform legal research for presentations and drafting blog articles. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan. Experience in collections, commercial litigation, community association law or real estate law is preferred. Law Review is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, a hard worker and possess superior communication skills. Graduation in the top 25% of the candidates law school class is strongly preferred. Excellent client communication skills and highly responsive to client inquiries essential. Must be highly motivated and a self-starter. Should be highly organized. Must have superior research and writing abilities.
