Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to senior-level trusts and estates/tax planning attorney preferably with 2+ years of trusts and estate planning experience in a law firm environment. The candidate must have experience with complex drafting of wills and trusts including GRATs, Installment Sales to Grantor Trusts with formula valuation, CLAT/CRUT, and similar documents. Significant family business succession planning experience is required. Significant high net worth tax return preparation and review is needed. Familiarity with the income taxation of individuals, trusts, estates, corporations, and partnerships is essential. Must be admitted to practice in Georgia.
The candidate must have top academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills are required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team approach is needed. Must bill a minimum of 1850 hours per year.
