Intake Attorney

Concord office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intake attorney with 0-3 years of experience. The candidate will join a real estate law firm. Will assist clients step-by-step through every phase of the eviction process. Provide legal advice through phone consultations. Conduct legal research in order to identify and assess cases and legal issues. Draft legal correspondence, including letters and notices, based on client needs. Conduct and direct legal document preparation and review, including summons and complaints, and stipulations. Assist with occasional court appearances and client presentations. Must have an active California Bar license. General knowledge of civil litigation is required. A general overview of landlord-tenant principles is a plus. Knowledge of the litigation process and the California Civil Code is preferred.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree.
