Private Clients Staff Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks private clients staff attorney preferably with 3-5 years of trusts and estates experience. The candidate will be responsible for estate and trust administration and basic estate planning including the preparation of probate and administration proceeding papers, estate administration including collection and valuation of assets, payment of debts and bequests, preparation and filing of federal and state estate tax returns, preparation of informal estate and trust accountings, administration of ongoing trusts, including distribution requests, income tax payments, review of Form 1041's prepared by outside accountants, preparation of receipt and release agreements, fiduciary appointments and tax planning, preparation of basic estate planning documents such as wills and trusts. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Should be comfortable with using math and excel.
