The candidate must have class Action defense experience in false advertising, product defect, and false representation; and/or experience with mass tort/MDL and product liability litigation. Must have experience with CA Unfair Competition Law. Must have experience briefing class certification and/or summary judgment. Must have experience drafting briefs, and correspondence, and responding to written discovery. Must have experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews. Must be a member of the State Bar of California. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.
