Associate Attorney needed for Cheshire office

Cheshire office of our client seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be drafting correspondence, contracts, agreements, notes, mortgages, and other legal documents. Will be forming and maintaining business entities, representing clients in real estate and commercial closings; preparing and executing estate planning documents and probate filings. Legal research; preparing and filing pleadings and advocating for clients in civil proceedings; and otherwise counseling and assisting clients with a variety of legal matters.
