Mid-level to Senior Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level to senior financial services litigation associate attorney with 4+ years of experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation. The ideal candidate must have taken on significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery, and the day-to-day management of cases. Experience with securities litigation, arbitration, and/or enforcement matters is preferred. Must be a member of the New York State Bar.

The candidate should have outstanding advocacy and communication skills, oral and written.
