Senior Labor And Employment Associate Attorney

Culver City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior labor and employment associate attorney with 5-10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience. The candidate will be able to independently handle all aspects of single plaintiff and class action employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motions (including MSJ and Class Certification), as well as trial preparation and trial experience. Must have State and Federal Court experience. Wage and hour litigation experience is required. Class action experience is needed. Substantial experience and background in harassment, discrimination, workplace accommodations, and retaliation/whistleblower litigation are essential. Should have CA State Bar License in good standing.
