San Francisco office of our client seeks alcoholic beverage law associate attorney with 2-5 years of law firm experience. The candidate will have exposure to alcohol licensing projects, corporate matters, contract drafting and negotiation, and a wide range of alcohol regulatory work. Strong corporate transactional skills would be very useful, as well as familiarity with entity structuring and operating agreements, commercial leases, and conditional use permits.
The ideal applicant will have strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, a winning personality, and a sense of humor.
