Technology Transactions Associate Attorney

Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks technology transactions associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will support the team on a broad range of transactions and provide experience drafting varied commercial and technology agreements. Will have exposure to a wide range of industries and supports deals firm-wide, and will include close mentoring by senior level attorneys and partners. Technology transactions or IP/patent experience and a degree in biology or life sciences preferred.

The candidate must have outstanding academic credentials.
