Personal Injury Attorney

Waterbury office of our client seeks a personal injury attorney with 5-10 years of experience handling personal injury cases. The candidate will have frequent interaction with clients, development of necessary evidence, and in-depth knowledge of motion practice. Must be licensed in CT. Additional tri-state licenses are a plus. Should have Complete knowledge of the CT and/or NY practice book. Needles Case Management or other digital case management tool experience is required. Experience with community outreach is needed. Bi-lingual is a plus.

The candidate should have a JD degree. Must have excellent customer service skills. The ability to manage complex cases across various practice areas in various stages of resolution is required. The ability to work independently as well as contribute to team goals is needed. Must have the ability to delegate and prioritize workload. Should have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work comfortably in a paperless environment as well as manage workflow remotely.
