Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks lateral public and institutional banking and finance associate attorney with law firm or bank experience, an interest in a transactional practice and client service aptitude. The candidate should preferably have a background in finance or accounting. Should have experience preparing credit agreements, reimbursement agreements, letters of credit and liquidity facilities utilized in connection with public finance, not-for-profit and commercial lending (secured and unsecured) transactions. Familiarity with municipal and healthcare finance transactions and commercial lending transactions representing lenders needed. Must be member in good standing or eligible to waive into the state Bar.

The ideal candidate must have strong academic credentials as well as superior interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills. Commitment to client service is critical as is the ability to handle fast-paced transactions and juggle partner and client demands.
