Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insurance litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of experience analyzing insurance policies, researching insurance law, and drafting insurance coverage opinions, in a range of insurance contexts, including commercial and personal lines liability insurance, life sciences insurance, and environmental insurance. The candidate should preferably have some experience with handling the defense of insurers and insureds in litigation, including 93A or bad faith litigation, and tort cases. Should have prior experience at a regional or national law firm or a well-regarded local firm. Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar is essential.

The candidate must be highly analytical and possess superb communication skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage all phases of litigation with appropriate partner supervision. Must have a J.D. degree. Excellent writing, interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
