Duties:

  • Oversee and manage a docket of 45-65 personal injury cases.

  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic case recommendations.

  • Draft and file legal documents, including petitions and motions.

  • Engage in discovery, including interrogatories, depositions, and document requests.

  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials to advocate for clients.

  • Negotiate settlements to maximize client compensation.

  • Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient case progression.

  • Maintain compliance with legal ethics and professional responsibility standards.

Requirements:

  • Active Texas Bar License.

  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law.

  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
