Hartford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks business transactions associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters. The candidate should preferably have experience with securities law and capital markets transactions. Admission to the Bar is required.

The candidate should have top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
