Senior Associate Attorney

Lees Summit office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will prepare and draft legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence. Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders. Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases. Interview witnesses for court cases and prepare witnesses to testify. Ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared. Promptly appear in court on all cases assigned. Handle all aspects of cases assigned to them. Perform administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing, and organizing files and pleadings. Conduct legal research for particular issues. Family law experience is preferred. Missouri Bar admission is required.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree.
