Menlo Park office of our client seeks patent prosecution team attorney with preferably 3-10 years of experience in patent prosecution. The candidate must be USPTO-registered. Should have experience in preparing and prosecuting optics and electrical engineering-related applications. Aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling is a plus. Should possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. California or Washington Bar members are preferred. A Ph.D or Masters degree in physics or electrical engineering, as well as experience in optics, sensors, image processing, and machine learning is preferred.

Must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
