Duties

• Manage a docket of family law and civil litigation cases from intake through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Conduct legal research and collaborate on case strategy.

Requirements

• 0–10 years of experience in family law or civil litigation.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Willingness to travel for court appearances in Central Illinois.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
