State and Local Tax Associate Attorney

Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a state and local tax associate attorney with 1-5 years of general litigation or administrative controversy experience. The candidate should preferably have a SALT background or an LL.M. in tax. Appellate experience would be particularly valuable. Must be admitted in CA and in good standing. Current or prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm is a plus.

The candidate must have an excellent academic background. Exceptional writing and communication skills are critical. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills required. Must be able to take immediate responsibility for projects and matters in an active and growing practice.
