Mid-level Intellectual Property/Technology Transactions Associate Attorney

Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level intellectual property/technology transactions associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience working at a multi-office law firm with commercial transactions and an understanding of technology and intellectual property. The candidate will handle transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, collaborations, and agreement negotiations. Will draft and negotiate agreements, including licensing agreements is a plus. Work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.

The candidate must be self-starter who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
