Mid-Level Structured Finance Associate Attorney

The candidate should have 2 years of experience in structured finance transactions (including securitizations, CLOs, asset-based lending facilities, or other bespoke structured finance vehicles and products) and/or derivatives. Familiarity with ISDA documents and standard repurchase agreements documentation is a plus.
