Associate Attorney preferably with 2-8 years of experience in civil litigation

El Paso office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney preferably with 2-8 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, and/or labor and employment cases. The candidate will join civil litigation firm. Must be Member in good standing with Texas and/or New Mexico State Bar. Oral advocacy experience is a must. Should have experience drafting discovery, pleadings, and motions and taking depositions, and arguing motions in court.

The candidate should be self-motivated and able to manage their time. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are needed. Should have a JD from an ABA-approved law school.
